On Saturday, writer Marina Shifrin uploaded an epic video onto YouTube with one simple message for her boss: she quits. Shifrin, 25, previously worked at Next Media Animation, a Taiwanese animator. In the video, she dances around her office at odd hours of the night while describing exactly why she needs to leave her job.

Casey Neistat has been making fun and inspired videos for years. Last week, Casey uploaded a 20-minute film called My Girlfriend Candice. It details the six-year, off-and-on relationship between Casey and Candice, who made the mistake of getting married a month after they met. The video chronicles a road trip the two of them took to see the space shuttle blast off — a premise that's great enough by itself. But the most compelling thing about My Girlfriend Candice is Casey's filmmaking style, which incorporates drawings, stop-motion animation, collage and other homemade elements.
